Wow what a twist! Betrayed by ex-boss.

Seriously.... that was painfully and pathetically obvious from the first meeting they had.

hope it recovers after that..... but I assume its now going to be a wanna be Bourne clone.

But why? He is just a retired soldier, a nobody. What is to be gained from setting him up? That makes no sense.

They didn't even need a fall guy because the other sniper was an known enemy.

What if he did not get to the set up place on time? What if he did not even notice the mistake? The whole setup even depends on incredibly low chances.

But the thing is Swagger "missed", shot Ukrane president only by "accident"

Since the premise of the show is that Swagger is betrayed and must find the real culprit, I find it hard to believe that anyone was expected to be shocked by that happening. The mystery is finding the real killer and discovering what is motivating these apparently professional government law enforcement operatives to use Swagger as a coverup.

That's the show's hook and we will learn as it goes along. I find it well done and entertaining. (see below)

yeah but Swagger could have been set up/ betrayed in any of other hidden ways too... was his wife in on it for example. To lay it out so blatantly was just lazy.

that said come the end of this season the odds are there will be a random twist that the boss is really deep cover or something....

Hmmm, you are complaining that it is so cut and dried but predicting it might be more twisted than we know.

So, it seems to me you are confirming that this is an intriguing show.
