Will they renew for a second season?

Shooter is my favorite new show and I really hope it gets renewed. However, I read that the ratings aren't great. Will this get a second season?

The ratings are pretty good for USA and it rose last night despite its lead in (WWE) declining slightly.

There have only been 3 episodes so far so it's hard to judge but so far, I'll say the ratings are a bit better than Queen of the South's and that show has been renewed. And also much better than Mr. Robot Season 2 and that show also got renewed. It might depend on how the season ends story-wise and if Ryan Phillipe wants to do another season.

The ratings are fine. Episode 3 actually got higher ratings than episode 1.

I just hope they wrap up the story in season one. If they want to do another story for season 2, I am good with that.

I would say my memory is not what it used to be. But I don't remember what my memory used to be.

Would be cool if season one wraps up the story from the book it's based on(Point of Impact) and subsequent seasons are adapted from other Bob Lee Swagger books.
