This is why soaps are not on TV

I watched about 2 minutes of this show when Swagger (seriously ?) encounters the militia group and the black lady is in the parking garage . It was the silliest B.S.ever.
This is why In I do not watch TV drama , at least i know comedies are trying to be funny .

Who said a .223 is only big enough to kill a squirrel. Was that a quote from an episode? If so, that's one of the most asinine things I've ever heard. That comment is so wrong, it could be worse than any other mistake on the show, ever.

Not only can a .223 kill a squirrel, it can kill pretty much anything, including humans and deer. As a matter of fact, it's great for deer hunting because it doesn't damage the meat, and most of the time there's no bullet to search for and remove, because it passes right through the body.

That comment goes hand in hand with the brainless people who believe a .22 can't kill you. What kind of educated people say things like this.

Taken in the context of the show, I thought it was funny and fitting. I believe the concept was based on what was passed down from one generation to the next before modern day technology made it obsolete. And/or maybe squirrels used to be much bigger than they are today.

There are better sources to cite for what you can use .223 to hunt that are actually proofread and better sources of information. I thought I was reading a page long advertisement testimonial for a rifle and ammunition.
