Confusing episode (1-8)

Why did Swagger need to make the fake deal with the Russian if he planned to kill them all anyways? And why did he visit the assassin? Also why was agent Memphis upset about shooting people when she found out Swagger wanted to kill everyone? she agreed to do it regardless of his agenda.

When everyone is backstabbing each other everything gets confusing. I'll have to rewatch the episode.

Nailed it. It was overcomplicated. I don't mind complexity but this time I could barely follow who is with who and that is a bad sign. I think the problem is with the villains. They are all interesting on their own (except for the russian guy) but I have a feeling that there is a bit too many of them. This episode was a step back in quality compared to the previous one.

he made the deal with the Russians to get them to set up a meeting in a nice open space so they would be vulnerable to sniper fire. Why the Russians agreed to that I have no idea. They could have eliminated the target themselves with exposing themselves and trusting Swagger,

I would say my memory is not what it used to be. But I don't remember what my memory used to be.

That was a very confusing episode. Episode eight I think. There's so many characters and different plans to kill different people I'm getting confused.

Remember Swagger telling Memphis he was going to turn them against one another?

As for Memphis being upset, she was told she had the long gun as backup. She's upset because she can see the plan was all along for her to shoot the guards. "That's your Plan A, to kill them all." She has never killed someone in cold blood like that. It shows her humanity that she is upset. She's no Payne or Johnson, rationalizing what she's done.

It's not what a movie is about, it's how it is about it.

That's been a problem all along. Too many side deals just to kill time. I guess that's the risk you run when you have a premise that can't last for 8 episodes, let alone 10.

Swagger should still be on the run. He shouldn't be making deals with anyone.

I don't get why she was so pissed off. I mean, they were practicing shooting together earlier. What that was for fun or something? LOL
