Season 2 - A few questions for book readers

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about what characters from the books had been cast for season 2.

Do we know if season 2 will follow the same path as season 1 in that it will cover 2 books (Lords of the North & Sword song)? If so, I'm guessing we should expect to see Guthred, Gisela, Ivarr, Haesten, The Thorgeson's, Sverri, Ethlered, Athelflaed, Finnan & Sihtric.

Kartjan and Sven will also have to return although I'm guessing the actors who played them in season 1 will be replaced as time has passed and the roles are more substantial in the next part of the story.

I also wonder if they will cast Steapa? They left him out of season 1 but I'm guessing we will see him at some stage.
