It is uncanny to me how similar in facial tics/expression and features Alexander Dreymore as Uhtred looks like Brad Pitt as Tristan in Legends of the Fall. At some camera angles, particularly his eyes, Alex as Uhtred could pass for Pitt as Tristan (that particular role).

shareNow that you mention it, there is some resemblance. I remember the first time I saw Pitt in LoTF, I fell in love with his character. Dreymon doesn't quite have his charisma, but he is very good looking, beautiful in fact. He's probably gay, *sigh*.

I agree! I keep telling my hubby that he reminds me of younger Brad Pitt, and he says he doesn't see it. Says he looks more like Karl Urban than Brad Pitt... I think we've agreed to disagree. ;) I do think it's the eyes and expressions that got me comparing them.

shareI just watched this for the first time today, and I was thinking the same thing. he looks very, very familiar but I was thinking leonard decaprio? but no it's brad pitt. it's funny cause I was just telling my friend as we were watching it that he looked too pretty, they need to dirty him up a bit, give him some missing teeth or something. I tend to agree with people here who think he is the only weak part of the show. not that he's awful or anything, just not as good as the others in it.
