Should I start watching this?

I started reading the first book, then gave up after about 70 pages. I just wasn't interested and didn't want to read 9 of them with more to come. But it seemed like a fun story. Should I start watching the show?

It's worth a watch, I just did it in a day home sick, kinda stumbled on it. Starts off slow but you really get into it, I really enjoyed it and hope you do as well. Haven't read the books so I have no comparison, but it was a good watch for a day in

I started watching The Last Kingdom today. I personally have enjoyed the last 4 seasons of Vikings compared to The Last Kingdom. Vikings is more convincing.

Yeah I should've mentioned I've watched all of Vikings so far and loved it. I think I will start watching TLK. Thank you for your comments :)

I heard about the show just recently and it sounds interesting.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.
