When reading back Gordo's list of crimes, getting discharged dishonorably from the military, and attempted child enticement. He was victimized, but he's no saint himself. And if he did indeed rape the wife, he is definitely a bad guy for taking it out on the wife who was kind to him, nad even wanted her husband to demand an apology.

the file never said anything about that and we do not know the details about him supposedly kidnapping a minor or if he really did kidnap a minor and do we know how old he was when he supposedly kidnapped a minor if that means anything.i do know that file was not verified by whoever knows whatever gordo did in the past

I think the file was made up for when he sent his lawyer over.
