Anyone know if James Scott's character gets killed in first episode

I ask cause I watched him on Days of Our Lives for years till he left in 2014, and this is the first thing I have seen him in since then, I would hate to see him be a one episode and off the show.

Yes, he does get killed off in the first episode.

In the original script for Lost the character of Jack was supposed to get killed off in the first episode and Kate was supposed to fill the role that Jack played on the show.
