No, there really isn't time for it. But I sure do hope a few episodes have a flashback or two. Can't be a Lost parody without flashbacks.

A few quick flashbacks would fit in the 20 minute show, and would give some more insight. Although, you can get motives, premises, and verbal "flashbacks" right in the current dialogue.
