I knew it right away, and I've never even seen the whole movie.
The only reason I know is from that episode of Psych where they go to that club and Shawn says something like
"That guy looks like a Billy Zane action figure. How much you think he costs?"
then Gus says
"He's a grown-ass man, I doubt he's for sale."
Shawn says
"Shouldn't we at least ask?"
And I was like...Who's Billy Zane? So I looked him up...

Yes, we figured it out while watching too, and I also haven't sat through the entire movie at any point.
This was a pretty enjoyable episode though. Hopefully they go full Jack vs. Locke with the Owen and Steve relationship moving forward.

Is mentioning Billy Zane a "thing" I feel like i've heard him mentioned in the past in movies and tv shows. Or do people just like saying his name?
