I guess it's done and done

The ratings for the Finale were terrible. Unless someone is just willing to dump more money into it because it's Marvel, I don't see it surviving.

Not the worst thing. The concept is so Jack Kirby it's painful. Not that Kirby was bad, in fact he was very, very good. But the ideas that bear his strongest creative stamp are sometimes really hard to translate to movies or TV. That includes some of these arrogant royal and/or godlike characters. They work on paper with Kirby's stylized visuals, but in more realistic settings, not so much.

For The Inhumans to be good on TV, it would cost a crazy amount of money for better costumes and effects. I wish Marvel had put some real money into an Inhumans movie instead. It would've had a better chance if the effects, costumes and sets were more carefully designed.
