Did the Hulk's snap bring back the entire Universe?

Did the Hulk's snap bring back all the lost from across the Universe or did he only bring back Earth? It is never explicitly stated. There could be some jealous alien races out there gunning for Earth.

The plan to reverse the snap was carried out by humans and aliens together, so pretty safe to assume they took that into account.

The guardians were on Titan and they still snapped back, so it's safe to say that it was the universe he saved.
