He’s dead. The Shield series happens before Coulson dies
shareIn the last season of AOS, Coulson was dying. It’s yet to be seen how the upcoming season will tie-in to Endgame (let’s be honest, it doesn’t matter), but it’s been confirmed that Coulson is dead.
I was still holding out hope that Coulson was finally going to meet up with Tony and the other Avengers again. Too bad it didn’t happen.
Joss Whedon always held on to the idea that as far as the movies are concerned, Coulson is dead. I believe the groups that produce the shows and movies are different.
