Who told you that? He ages at a slower rate than an average human but he ages , he's not immortal

He wouldn’t be that old if he ages slow

No one ever stated nor was it ever established that Cap doesn't age. Steve Rogers was in suspended animation for 70 years by being frozen in the ice. Bucky Barnes was also put under cryogenic freezing and thawed out over time. Both are aging but have a healing factor that helps against injuries, wounds and supports durability.

If anything their aging process should be slowed which is why Cap looks rather vital at over 110 years old (born in 1917 or 1918) while talking to Falcon.

Actually the old man at the end is the 110 years old Captain America that returned to the 50' s (it seemed) and lived another 70 years live. So it's a Captain America that has been in the world for 180+ years

I understand that the 110 Captain America didn't really have 110 if you take the 70 years in suspended animation. But he has been more than that alive, if you take the suspended animation as being alive.

And I agree he does age, just a bit slower than normal people.
