I recognized everyone at Tony's funeral except of one young kid. I think he was standing behind the Guardians. Any idea who he was?

I wondered this too...my best guess is that it was the kid who helped him in Iron-Man 3...

Yes, that is the kid from Iron Man 3. It’s 100% the same actor (I believe his casting in Endgame was announced a couple of months ago).

Having his character there felt right.
