How identical are the characters in the Avenger Movies with the Comic version ?

I am a big fan of the Avenger movie.
It makes me curious to compare the actors in the film with the comic version. The result? Wow! Remarkable. As in the following video https://youtu.be/FNhuEUkE2GM

Comparison from the last decade of GN, their differences were minor and almost indistinguishable, however, if you go back further and compare them to the silver and golden era, than their differences are a bit more broad.

THEY DID A REMARKABLE JOB TAKING THE ESSENCE OF CHARACTERS AND BUILDING WHOLE NEW PEOPLE AROUND THEM.

I have to applaud the casting in the marvel films - they're normally pretty spot on.

Hawkeye was my favorite Avenger when I was a kid. The movie version was nothing like the comic book version, at all.
