So apparently the Russo's have confirmed she's still "alive" inside the soul stone.

It’s been theorized (and for very good reasons) that she - along with everyone that disappeared - went into the Soulworld. That’s supposedly the place Thanos saw Gamora as a little girl at the end; fans of the comics will recognize it. With the Russo brothers claiming she’s in the Soul Stone, I’m guessing there must be a connection.
But since the films have taken their liberties, who knows how it’s all going to unravel. Hell, the writers of Infinity War just said the victims of Thanos’ “wipe out” will remain... gone. Come what may, I bet it’s all going to be worth waiting for.
