I had a feeling he was going to turn out to be Asgardian in disguise, even thought he was Ray Stevenson painted blue

Turns out the actor is Norwegian - the first Norwegian cast in the MCU and it's not even a Thor movie

Nah, there have been Norwegians in the MCU before. Ingvild Deila (who played Leia in Rogue One) had a bit part in Age of Ultron.

But yeah, you'd think there'd be a few in the Thor movies right?

I kept thinking the same thing, haha. But while I wasn’t exactly expecting him to be revealed as an Asgardian, I thought there was going to be something more to his character.
