how is Bill a redeeming charter in any world? Bill should be shot in the first 5 min of the film, that would of been a better movie.

No-one said Bill is a redeeming character.
Horror fans love Freddy. If he was real they wouldn't. Film characters can be fun for the viewer to watch despite being irredeemable.

President Down gets a 9/10 from me - overall the trilogy is superb. This one is only let down by the insufficient budget. Parts 1 and 2 are both 10/10. Boll has made some of the most important films of the millenium. Anyone who can't see that is just stupid.
