Really wanted to like this movie

I'm a huge key & peele fan, and I was really excited for this movie. It's extremely disappointing. The worst part of the movie is the script. One minute these guys will be talking and joking about something that furthers the story along, then it changes into a completely different direction a second later and the pair joke about something that has nothing to do with the story.

Example:
They could be talking about something that furthers the story, and then start talking about something that's irrelevant, like the weather (just an example)

Really tried to like the movie, but honestly I didn't care half of the time. Left the theater with a headache. But I honestly hope people like this movie becuase the duo is talented. I just honestly didn't like it.
