K+P was funnier

This movies entire premise is to make fb if the fact that the two main characters are not "street black". The do this by using a cat to tie it together.

The movie has several "Black stereotype" jokes that were chuckle worthy. Nothing as good as Chappell and K&P at their prime. Most have been done before and work better as a skit.

Wish they had gone more balls out and not just take easy fish out of water punchlines.

Hope their not venture is better. They are very fun to watch together.

Yeah I agree. Most of the critical opinion also agrees that the weakest parts are the more conventional plot devices -- the type of things K&P usually avoided. Nothing that interrupted my enjoyment but it definitely wasn't perfect.

I liked the SoCal jokes.
The rain.
That neither was native

This isn't Wall Street-this is Hell. We have a little something called integrity-Crowley

Street Black??? Give me your interpretation of Street White. I'm sure there's meth involved.

It wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be. I always laughed out loud at K&P and here there were only a few moments I really laughed at. I wasn't even going to go see it but I've been seeing them on talk shows and they're really funny. so I thought I'd check it out. But a lot of the jokes were things they've said before so it wasn't that funny anymore.
