Whose clothing was Darling tearing up toward the end, and why? I didn't get the significance of this little detail.

shareThis is is what I thought, too. Actually, I came away thinking that she was just crazy and the house wasn't haunted at all. Didn't she say something to the "madame" that her last employers were weird and never paid her? I figured she killed them.
