It hasn't even be rated by them because they rate theatrical releases. This was a direct to video release. It is a low budget movie produced by CRACKLE! As bad as it is, it is still better than most "real" movies released from 2012 to 2016 so far.


And who gives a damn about the ratings from THAT website anyway? They suck.

Rotten Tomatoes sucks when it comes to scores. Anything below a 6 from a critic is rated as a 0. Anything at 6 or above is rated as a 100. Plus Critics usually hate comedies, especially a low brow one like Joe Dirt. IMDB has a much better scoring system.
