Looks like schizophrenia to me.

Agreed - possible paranoid schizophrenia but then psychosis is a feature of other mental illnesses, as well - e.g. it's possible with bipolar, BPD and potentially something that occurs during a complete meltdown. There will be people who report a psychotic episode at some point in their life who don't necessary meet criteria in the DSM to make it specific to any one disorder.
