I think Anarchy and Election year are about the same. It's hard to choose one. The first movie, however, was the clear loser of the three.

Anarchy, Election Year (cause it just felt like a retread of the second, and then lastly I would say the first because it never really took advantage of the concept like 2 and 3.

They've all been extremely successful with such small budgets. I'm sure they'll keep making them. I suspect/hope we'll see an origins prequel soon.
