Was trying to find it on the interwebs but didn't see it. I am guessing this is S3 since it has the most users d/l it right now.

Technically speaking, it's not season 3. IMDb has it listed as a separate series. It's even called differently, "Twin Peaks: the return".

But we all call it season 3. New York Times, british Telegraph and some others also call it season 3 on their web pages.

Despite IMDb being weird and NowTV listing it as 'The Return', it's a continuation from season 2 so yes it's season 3.
