Can I watch during the day?

My TV is situated where if I'm watching a movie that is dark (low lighting) I can't see anything during the day. Can I watch this movie during the day or does it have dark scenes that I won't be able to tell what is happening

Moving tv is not an option

It's pretty dark. The beginning is during the day and the rest follows the events over the course of a full night.
Also, the movie is pretty dark so I'd watch it during the day anyways. (ba-dum-pssh)
