I was blown away

This movie was excellent. I went in not knowing much, and not all that excited to be honest.

I love horror, and I love thrillers. That said. I'm sick and tired of creepy kids, handprints on the bedsheets, monsters in the woods and strangers in masks. Ugh, horror has been on life support for years.

While this is more of a thriller, it's the most horrific... Real horror I can imagine. Real life is scarier than any ghost. I love the way this movie unfolds and plays out. The violence is fantastic. My jaw dropped twice. Nothing is done for shock value... It's all so realistic. I was not expecting to love it. But man....MAN! That rare feeling, driving back home, heart full of excitement and satisfaction. Last movie that made me feel that way was Inglorious Basterds.
