They did a poor job on the skinhead chicks hair. If you wanna see what a Chelsea cut is supposed to look like then you should google it, bitch.

Also: Neo-Nazis ALWAYS make a mess of skinhead fashion so I'm not surprised that a fascist has a terrible looking chelsea cut.
