In the morning after the castle magic thing, Gus invites Mickey to his band thing, and Mickey replies: "that sounds dumb" (or something similar) and she continues sleeping.
Then the dude is gone (kind of disappointed) and they show Mickey was acting sleepy and then she kind of smiles
I didn't get this, someone can explain? why did she smile?
That scene really confused me too. The only explanation I can think of is that Mickey has that destructive personality and gets off on *beep* things up. I mean, I've known girls like that. They'll say something really hurtful then laugh satisfied. I could be that she gets off on pushing him away when she wants and then pulling him in when she feels like it. A lot of people subconsciously destroy relationships and then use it prove how unfair life is.
If course there could be some less deep signigicance. I guess the show will make it clear eventually (I'm on episode 10).

I noticed that too. To me, it just shows how unaware she is of how negatively her words/actions can affect other people. She walks away from that thinking it went great. Gus walks away from that thinking she thinks he's lame and not good in bed.
And people wonder why he slept with Heidi.
I mean, how could he do that to crazy-pants!

Gus is a terrible person. Not saying Mickey is a great person either, but there is zero justifiable or empathetic reason for his behavior post-his first date with Mickey.
I'm specifically talking about in regards to their relationship. Mickey has done eons of horrible things before her and Gus were together (In the relationship as well). I'm not denying she's a bad person. But what exactly did she do that's worse than what Gus did in the relationship? You can go ahead and make the list. I'm too lazy.
Maybe she thought that by being mean with him, then he would be more hooked up with her? like... inverse psychology? I've seen this phenomenon in real life
She's just acting contrary to her emotions. She's falling in love Gus at that point, which is why she smiles after he leaves. She just said something mean to balance it out. Kind of like the cliché of a boy pulling a girl's hair when he likes her.
I think it was a relief thing. When you're in a new relationship you feel like you have to be "on" all the time, it's pretty exhausting when you think about it... She watched him close the bedroom door them listened for him to close the front door then she smiled and snuggled into her bed like 'ahh I'm alone, I can relax and stop trying to hide what a nut job I am for five minutes'... I watched that scene and thought "that's exactly what I would do" Surely it's not just me? And Mickey...
