Is 'Witchita' related to 'Supernatural' ?

I noticed a few similarities between Witchita and Supernatural, but the one that stuck out to me the most was Gus' phone number... 555-0128, which is the same as Dean Winchester.

Just curious if anybody knows if this is intentional or just coincidental.

It's a parody of those dumb supernatural CW type of shows.
