I wonder what happens to the girl on the track

I really wish they wouldn't end horror trailers for movies they've already convinced me to see by sticking a completely unnecessary and revealing spoiler on the end. What the actual *beep* is wrong with them?

Yeah, I mean, if the family who needs help isn't real. Then either, maybe the train isn't, and just scares her... or she's not real, and it was a ploy to get the guy go get hit by the train.
Or could be a dream/vision.

So many ways it could go.

Then again, these days, you never know, could be that she just does get hit XD

You can't know from the trailer, they can be really decieving. Maybe it's just a dream scene, maybe she survives somehow?

Trailers are very deceiving. Like in The Visit that oven scene in the trailer was actually 2 different scenes spliced together.
