Lol...yes saw it this afternoon, totally Oscar worthy. I was so amazing I jumped out of my seat and walked out.

shareYou are right. The premise of the movie sounded great, but wasn't executed properly. Just think that the screenwriter and director worked on the script for THREE YEARS before bringing it to studios to get it off the ground. Also, just think that the filming only took TWO MONTHS, no good movie films in such a short amount of time. That seems like the time frame of a student film, not a major motion picture.

I would never have expected that scene where the Bye Bye Man waxes existential about his purpose in a meaningless world and how he's actually merely acting in a performance art modality to demonstrate the fallacious nature of human behavior.
