I have no objection to Margot Kidder appearing on this show, but they should give her something to do that isn’t already being done by another character.
Well she could still be Martha in a flashback to when they believed that Jeremiah had died. Martha could have decided to come be with the Danvers family for a few days when she learned about what happened.
I have wondered if they would flashback to that time as they look for Jeremiah.

Margot Kidder was skipped in the line. Both Noel Neill and Phyliis Coates played Lois Lane in the 50s show and they both got a chance to play Lois' mother.
Teri Hatcher got to play her in Smallville.
As such the only actresses left that have yet to play Mama Lane are Margot Kidder, Kate Boseworth, Erica Durance, and Amy Adams (who is the current Lois).
Margot Kidder is the only one who is old enough to play Lois and Lucy's mother.
