Does Cat have the hots for Clark?
Looked that way to me judging by the trailer I saw.

Cat is I am guessing only a decade older than Clark at least. Calista is 51 - so might be playing someone at least 5 years younger.
I am wondering how long Cat has owned Catco - must be only about a decade, if not less. So Cat might have been nearly left the DP when Clark just joined.

Cat Grant gave up custody of her older son, Adam Foster, when he was a baby because she was too busy building CatCo and didn’t have time for parenthood. Adam is now 24, so Cat has been running CatCo for over 20 years.
Clark Kent would have been in high school then, so I don’t see any way Cat ever worked with Clark at the Planet in this universe. Considering Cat’s animosity towards Lois Lane, I figure Lois is a bit older than Clark, closer to Cat’s age, and they did work together at the Planet before Cat left to start CatCo.

Well Amy Adams and Teri Hatcher arw older than Henry Cavill and dean cain playing Lois so it is possible.
Clark must be 36 years old but they will get away with he ages slower than humans. Lois might be at least 39.
If they cast a 40 years old actress to be the love interest to Hoechlin who looks 25 years old as Clark, it gonna be ridicuous.
