Does anybody hate the Flash crossover?
It's supposed to be a superhero team up and the villains ended up being defeated by stupid civilians. Such a rip off. That episode deserves an F-.

I think it was the worst episode of the season. Banshee was ridiculous and James being jealous of Barry almost made me turn off my TV.
shareI don't hate it, nor do I hate that firefighters stepped in to help and help Supergirl after all she'd done for them... but I would agree the two plots should have been separate. Team ups should focus on the heroes, and either involve a joint win by the heroes, or at least have the guest hero give the assist to a victory by the show's title hero.
Someone ever tries to kill you... you try to kill em right back.
A couple of tweaks I would have made to the script for that one.
1. I think it should have been obvious that after their first fight that Barry was better suited to fight Silver Banshee and Kara was better off with Livewire if they were going to split up and pair off. I was expecting the switch for the final fight and it didn't happen, Barry was with Livewire on the rooftop and Supergirl was with Silver Banshee.
2. I would have had Barry defeat Silver Banshee kinda quickly while Supergirl's fight with Livewire would have resulted in her saving the helicopter, then Barry could have helped the firemen by running around really fast and turning on the water fast to soak Livewire. Something like that.
Otherwise it was fine. They did a bit during the story about Kara's relationship with the people of National City, Supergirl had very recently had the thing with the Red Kryptonite. So when people stepped in to help her that was significant, but maybe not to fans of the Flash who missed the Red Kryptonite episode.

It was the worst episode so far. The writing was extra cliche and awkward. And unfortunately, Grant Gustin's presence really highlighted the fact that most of the supporting actors in Supergirl really lack his kind of innate charisma.
shareYES! I dont understand how people could like the crossover. The only good thing about it was the relationship between Kara and Barry who in my opinion would make a far better couple than Barry/Iris.
shareThe dumb asses took what was already a forced crossover, and basically made both the flash and Supergirl look useless. Never mind how even more stupid its going, to be for Supergirl to end up meeting flash green arrow and lot.
