So how many years ago did Krypton explode in this show??

the timeline kinds confuses me.

- We know Supergirl is older than she looks and was trapped in the phantom zone for some years before landing to earth. How long ago was this and how long was she in phantom zone?

- Superman is supposed to be how old on this show? Kara friend said he was 12 years older, but looks younger than his age..

-how old is superboy(Chris Wood) supposed to be? i heard he's older than Kara and superman...

I'd say however old Superman is, subtract a few months to a year from his age, and that's how long ago it blew up. I could be wrong, but that's my best guess. So somewhere between/around...25 - 30 years ago.

Krypton exploded 36 years ago
Kara was 12-13 years old at the time
Kal-El was less than 1 year old at the time

Kal-El's ship went straight to Earth, was found by the Kents, etc. He is now 36-37 years old.

Kara was stuck in suspended animation in the Phantom Zone for 24 years before her ship escaped & came to Earth. She has been on Earth for 12 years.
She was born 48-49 years ago, but since she didn't age during her 24 years in the Phantom Zone, she is 24-25 years old.
