What happened?
Can somebody explain what this movie is about and summarize it for me. I couldn't make it past the half hour mark, was bored to tears, but I still want to know. Thanks.

shareOkay. There was a very similar post earlier. That makes two of you who wanted to know how the story ended. There is no harm in acknowledging the story stayed with you more than you thought it would.

Well, it's an interesting story, but it's a bad movie and I found it very hard to watch. I did finally watch the last 10 minutes to figure out the ending.
For anybody else that wants to know, the mom's the bad guy. She's been poisoning/injuring the kid his entire life, and she pushed the dad off the cliff and killed him. She ends up in a nuthouse at the end of the movie. Louis never wakes from his coma.
The last scene is Louis opening his eyes, so yeah he comes out of the coma.
