Enjoyable... But good?
I get it ok. The movie is a mockumentary of the life and times of 'Connor' (Played by the likable Andy Samberg).
Most scenes, when you actually see one, do include his collaborators from Lonley Island; Akiva and Jorma.
These 3 together can make magic happen. Not just in the movie, but in reality. They are very, very talented.
That being said. This isn't a movie. This is a series of sketches that fall so flat, even Spain in the 1400's would be pissed. (Geography joke, look it up).
I can watch all of Lonely Islands videos on YouTube and NBC and be 100% satisfied.
This 'movie' on the other hand. Is abysmal. It's one of the absolute worst things I've ever seen come out of the Lonely Island.
Look at the numbers. It bombed and Samberg's was once again put into the corner for television only. They were literally bought out of all picture deals they had. This move is the definition of 'Dissapointing'. Wait till prime or Netflix... If that.
