The Next TMNT movie will NOT be made by Platinum Dunes

with Out of the Shadows flopped in theaters, it would seem that Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes are done with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. the next TMNT movie a few years from now will NOT be made by Platinum Dunes, it'll be made by another production company which to be in partnership with Paramount, Insurge and Nickelodeon movies.

Do you have a source or does it just "seem" that way because you said as much?
