So Jane never saw even a photo of Celeste's husband even though they were together often and he was addicted to Facebook?
Plenty of people aren't on facebook. *shrugs*

shareMaybe not addicted, but in the book he obsessed with posting photos of their family. In the book it seems like most of the photos were of Celeste and their boy, not of him so Jane probably wouldn't have seen too many of him.

shareThe tv show is only based on the book. I never once heard Perry mention Facebook.
shareYeah the whole "mystery" just didn't work. They said so much more by the glaring omissions and big gaps in the story and interviews than they actually did with the interviews. Sometimes you become too predictable by trying very hard not to be.
That they even went so far as to get them to fight on the kids first day of school, just so he wouldn't run into Jane, on the same episode she talks about the rape, was already suspicious.
