At first I loved the looks of it, but after about an hour....

... it still hadn't developed any plot. I was horribly bored.
In the last half hour, I truly felt like I was watching The Room.

Questions I have shortly after viewing this:
1. Did she kill the cabin guy intentionally or on accident? If intentionally, why? Cause she's a cold-blooded killer?
2. Again if intentional, why leave her DNA there?
3. Did the movie really have to show me a tampon?
4. The cop later meets her at the bar and says "the DNA matched yours, I have to arrest you". If so, why didn't he go and arrest her? Instead he waited for her at the bar. Also, there was a girl that looked exactly like the main actress, but she was apparently "against witches".
5. Where did the cop keep that weird statue while he was sitting there? He seemed to just pull it out of his lap.
6. Why did she stab the cop? Don't think she'll get away with that. Previously she was only charged with illegal burrying. Was adding murder smart?

Also, where was the plot? Like, that other girl who was rather ordinary and married, I thought they would get into some lesbian sex scenes later. There was clearly tension at the beginning. Nothing happened.

There were more things wrong but these are the main issues that correlate to the plot I guess.

I loved the whole thing. Just watched it again on the Joe Bob Briggs Last Drive In show. He had interesting insights and comments on the movie, and had Anna Biller on for a few segments interviewing her, which was nice.

I had a similar experience. My first viewing i was under the leading ladies spell and the movies aesthetics. Loved it.

And on my second viewing years later. I am astounded at how boring it is when the ladies not showing off. The plot is so fuckin "wha?"
