They have ruined this series. For the last 7 years or so, I have loved and looked forward to a movie at halloween-time. Now, the seeies will FLOP, and they cant continue the movies since they have killed JAKE off. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Why do they do this crap to things that are obviously already workjng. And what happened to George's wife???

Now ahem they killed him for some reason. Deal breaker. No couple no show. I do understand he's in another tv series and there might be a contract issue but never should have been greenlit. They should have had another actor pull the part.

Can't say whether this will flop or not, but it doesn't prevent another Good Witch movie. It will just include the updated lineup and not Jake.

Heck George's wife probably died too. I mean we're looking at a 10+ year jump in time (which was done horribly btw). I mean, Lori should be almost 30 in the timeline.

Since the show jumped ahead in time, the movies could continue portraying the time in-between. Or ignore the show all together.
I'm so far out of your league, if your's were to explode I wouldn't hear it for 3 days.
I don't know if the show will flop, but, I am disappointed we won't get any more movies. I loved the movies and a big part of that is the Jake / Cassie relationship so it's lost a lot of it's sparkle for me. Disappointing in all ways

The actor Chris Potter, portraying Jack has been busy with Heartland, right? So they probably had to do the Good Witch series without Jack (Chris Potter) because they could not get Chris Potter for the series. It might have been a very difficult decision.
