They look roughly the same age in this show. If Lori was about 15 when Grace was born that would make Lori 30+ and she looks 15 herself. Or maybe 18, but definitely not anywhere near the age she should be.
Did anyone address this in the tv series? Maybe they made it more like they were all born around the same time?
I noticed this too. It isn't' made any more plausible that Lori has a "baby face" and will always look young. I'm glad Lori wasn't recast though. They didn't address this directly but in the first episode they mentioned all her years of journalism assignments and experience, so I think that was their way of addressing it.
shareThe only one who looks older is Grace & maybe Brandon (since someone else is playing the part). This makes sense since the last film was last year.
Lori [correction] was starting college in the last film & the actress herself is going to be 21 this year. The season premiere has her graduating from college & already being a journalist, so some time was shown to have passed.
Grace was born mid-film series, so something like ten years would have had to pass at least. They seem to be somewhat half-heartedly sticking with that but it might been better just to ignore the time jump required for Grace to age.

Bailee is 15, Hannah is 20, a 5 year difference.
Cassie got pregnant during the Good Witch's family (4th movie 2011).
In the same movie Lori has her Sweet 16.
This makes Lori supposedly 16 years older than Grace.
If Grace is supposedly 14 (8th Grade) that would make Lori need to be 30.
There is just now way this works. But I am glad they didn't recast Lori. Hannah is far too cute.

I like the actress too & they have the character actually being something of an established journalist (even getting assigned overseas). So, she's supposed to be at least in her mid-20s. The actress is closer to 21, so you wouldn't know it.
Cassie, the grandfather and the mayor (though she's more an indeterminate age) don't look ten years older than the last movie either. Don't really care and I would guess few do. So, it's not really a big deal.
