Tonights episode betrayed the show's Canadian origin for the first time that I can remember. Here in the US, we would never say that someone was sent "to hospital." It would be sent "to the hospital." Yet the "to hospital" phrase was used twice.

I'm sure you are correct about what was said. However, Cassie, Eve, and Dr. Radford always say "the hospital".
