The movie series has always been incredibly corny and this reboot is no exception. Doesn't change the fact that I have a silly grin on my face whilst watching. Some of the changes in the reboot are a tad disappointing, but overall I think I will enjoy seeing where they go with it.

shareI don't know how anyone who watched the movies could reasonably expect anything else but corny, but I have an irrational fondness for Catherine Bell. I think I keep wondering if any of Sarah Mackenzie's passionate and bitchy side will ever break through, but it doesn't seem to... *sigh*

"Corny" could be applied to the entire Hallmark Channel style of all shows, if it applies to Bell's projects. But Hallmark Channel productions are for fans, and those who are indifferent should watch something else.
