If Lori was 16 when Grace was a newborn she should be at least 30 right?

Did I miss something? like another movie where it tells that Grace is a special kind of witch and is growing 3 years for every real year or something? LOL
Don't get me wrong I love this show and loved the movie series but that is the only answer I have for this - anyone else?
