I would have thought that Ben Foster should have got a nod. He's had several nominations and 8 wins in some of the lesser awards in the past. If ever he was going to get a major award mention, I would have thought that this could have been it. He does a good job in this.

share^ This. Film was a refreshing trip back to the character study dramas of yesteryear - competently made, creatively shot and the scenes unfolded convincingly. It was made by a woman but obviously "not the right kind", she focused on white people below the poverty line, and as we know, that never happens at all in the world.
