Remake? (spoilers)
So is this essentially a remake of "Basket Case" or is it its own thing?

shareI mean, I watched Malignant already, and the entire plot is totally different.
Saying these films are similar is like saying Gone in 60 Seconds is similar to The Fast and the Furious.
1) The parasitic twin becomes a serial killer who murders the doctors that surgically separated it from its sibling.
2) In the end, the parasitic twin goes too far and is taken down by the dominant twin.
